Mick<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nEver since I started this hobby at 11 years old, I\u2019ve loved exploring different perspectives in larps. I love stepping in someone else\u2019s shoes and experiencing all the small moments that constitute their life. Immersion and emotion are the core draws of this hobby for me. If I\u2019ve cried at least once at a larp, I\u2019ve definitely had a good time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I organise recurring larp de Kabouterlarp<\/em>, and have organised many one-shot larps. As well as previous runs of Dumpster Pyre<\/em>, of course. What unites them is a focus on \u201csmall\u201d play and personal experiences. Characters are flawed and emotional people rather than problem-solving superheroes, and larger-than-life events (if present at all) exist to cause tension rather than to be solved.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n

Joost<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nI started writing larps eight years ago after an accidental brainstorming session. This escalated into running one-shot events for eight years. I really enjoy the collaborative writing process and the emergent storytelling in the larp genre and love to see ways to push the medium further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have worked on previous runs of Dumpster Pyre<\/em> and written a variety of one-shot larps for my local group <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\nArnoud<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nI\u2019ve been writing stories and settings for about 20 years, and running tabletop and larp games for about 10. I love deep-immersion play and the feeling of climbing into a complex different life when I tend towards meaningfully different choices than in my real life. Whatever I\u2019m playing has to feel like a part of a world and make sense in its context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I organise a monthly intrigue-and-drama chamber larp Countdown<\/em>, previous runs of Dumpster Pyre<\/em> and another larp oneshot. I\u2019ve also contributed to a number of smaller scale larp-adjacent games.
